An introductory four week series designed to provide participants with tangible techniques for making healthier food choices and creating sustainable eating habits.  Topics will include:

  • Balancing fats, proteins, and carbohydrates
  • Avoiding the "afternoon crash"
  • Boosting the immune system through proper food selection
  • Allergy reduction
  • Disease prevention
  • Maintaining a healthy weight

This introductory series is being offered free of charge.  Discounted one-on-one counseling pricing exists for class participants.
